I eat a strict Whole Foods diet all week. At this point in my life, I’ve realized how much I love God-made food, straight from his God-given earth. It’s so good I love it and I stick to it 98% of my meals.

However, one meal a week I eat whatever I want, and I mean whatever! Want to hear what my favorite treat meal is? It might surprise you…watch below.

One thing I forgot to mention in the video is another next level longevity health strategy I do after my treat meal. In fact, there are two steps.

#1. I fast for 16 hours. I’ll talk about this in another post. Do NOT try this until you hear what I have to say about it.

#2. I sit in my infrared sauna for 30 minutes to detox. I’ll post a blog about this too! Stay tuned.
