🚨 Try this 10 minute Uncommon Workout👇🏼🚨

I’m not a fan of over thinking or over analyzing. Sometimes you just gotta get up and GO! But just like walking into a gym without a workout plan may leave you wandering and unproductive, taking a few minutes to jot down some notes for 2024 Resolutions can be a huge SHIFT-MAKER in your life this year.

I tend to reflect and review 4 areas of my life and then…
✔️ Set some goals and action steps.
✔️ Don’t over-complicate.
✔️ And just start moving.

I can’t express “just start moving” enough. Take one step and stop trying to see the second step before you even take the first step. Over the last 13 years of running a business I’ve been course corrected multiple times. Some things have happened so fast without much thought, Visioneering, and even belief; while other things I put my heart and soul into never ended up working out. God has plans, and often they are different, bigger, or in the least bit, much better than ours. All we can do is put our belief in taking the next step and trusting it will work out according to His will, not ours. One thing I do know for sure is: He often won’t let us see the next step until we take the first one. 💯

Here are the four areas I like to review along with examples of some of my 2024 personal goals:

✅ Work:
Huge shift. Gave up a lot. Simplified. Say no to stay focused. 36-hr work week. How can I stay successful living within these limits? First, continue to define successful. 😱

✅ Health:
For food, eat only what I need. Stop the excess. Just enough portions. Good fuel only (except for one meal a week 🤩). For next level health, analyze neurological pathways and rewiring, diving more into what’s happening at the cellular level-how to repair, detox, and optimize.

✅ Family:
More time. Can’t buy back time. Time with kids is going too fast. Move things out of the way to make more time with family.

✅ Faith:
Looks like my word in 2024 is Steadfast. This is a tight-walk with the Lord this year to renew my confidence and ability to stand firm and unwavering in my convictions to move forward on His vision. This takes a lot of trust during instability; patience for Him to work during unpredictability; and strong commitment to follow His lead regardless of what others think or say.

Notice how simple. Perhaps these examples will spark/prompt your own brainstorming sesh. The average person does not take time to reflect. You’re above average.

As always, never take my word for it. Try it for yourself today. Even just a few minutes will be an absolute game-changer for you and everyone in your life.

God Bless,
